3. Product Listings & Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability; however, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, freight charges, and applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Closeout, clearance, and discontinued materials are sold as-is and may not be available for future purchase.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Full payment is required before any order is released for shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation requests. However, once an order is placed, processing fees and supplier-related costs may be incurred.

We kindly ask that you carefully confirm the product, color, quantity, and other order details before completing your purchase. Making sure the material is right for your project before placing the order is the best way to avoid unnecessary cancellation, processing, or restocking costs.

All customer-requested order cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. This represents the processing fee charged to us by the credit card company or payment processor when the original transaction is completed. These processing fees are not returned to us when an order is canceled or refunded.

For products that are not stocked in our local inventory, cancellation requests must be received within four (4) hours of the order being placed to avoid additional restocking charges.

After the four-hour cancellation period, orders for non-local inventory are subject to a 30% restocking fee, as the material may have already been ordered, transferred, allocated, or processed through the manufacturer or distributor.

If we are unable to fulfill an order because the material is unavailable, discontinued, out of stock, or otherwise unavailable from the manufacturer or distributor, the order will be canceled by us and fully refunded. No credit card processing, cancellation, or restocking fees will apply in these situations.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 72 hours. Please note that the customer’s bank or credit card company may take up to seven (7) days to process and post the refund.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these cancellation terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers unless otherwise noted. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for complete details.

Tile Flooring Outlet is not responsible for shipping delays caused by freight carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

All other sales are final and non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tile Flooring Outlet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Any liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the purchased products.

9. Product Warranties

Tile Flooring Outlet is a reseller and does not manufacture the products offered for sale. Any product warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer.

We disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or suitability for a specific application.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
